Quilted Jacket Oiled Cavalry Twill Taupe
For this season we've reworked the Quilted Jacket, our take on transporting a heritage piece of British outerwear from the country into the city. Using an oiled cavalry twill that was both woven and waxed in Como, the wool, poly and nylon blend of yarns are treated to give depth, a rich tone and texture.
The oversized quilted pattern gives presence to a piece that can be worn with both our most casual and formal pieces, cut with plenty of room to layer tailoring or chunky knitwear. An elegant three season option, mid-weight with a technical fabric base for performance and rain/wind resistance. We've also added an action back for the first time, aiding movement when layering via a jersey lining that cuts down on bulk and and keeps things neat. Two oversized patch pockets, a snap closure and straight hem makes for a clean, understated front. The tall suede stand collar has a throat latch for inclement weather.
