Returns
1) Log your return at our dedicated returns portal.
2) Package up your items securely and post the parcel back to us, either using the portal to generate a label or your preferred mail or courier service. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they arrive back with us.
3) If you are returning items internationally, we would recommend advising your post office or courier that they are returned goods, and should be described as such on any shipment or customs form with a very small corresponding value. This will prevent items being incorrectly charged duties on their way back to us. Please also ask for the following text to be written on the customs invoice with your outbound tracking number if you can: "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE - RETURNED GOODS - VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY - OUTBOUND WAYBILL WAS UPS [INSERT TRACKING NUMBER]"
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 21 days provided they are unworn and in a resalable condition. Garments that have been altered prior to shipping are considered final sale and may not be returned.
Exchanges are only offered for the same style in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item. All refunds exclude all shipping costs.

After fabric has been worked on it is non-returnable. In the unlikely event that you receive fabric that is faulty or defective, please contact us to arrange a replacement free of charge. If you are uncertain about the look and feel of a cloth, please reach out to tessuti@angloitalian.com to organise a sample swatch.
We advise to try on footwear indoors, on a rug, to preserve a resalable condition. We can not accept footwear that has been worn outside and has wear to the insole or outsole.
