Sport Jacket Deconstructed Navy Exploded Hopsack

Our latest addition to the Anglo-Italian roster is the Deconstructed Sports Jacket — specifically developed for travel to be the most versatile jacket in our range. Striking a deliberate balance between the softness of jersey and the subtle formality for which our tailoring is known, we've opted for a mid-weight, exploded hopsack to ensure this jacket works equally well with both smart and casual ensembles. Stripping away both formality and a touch of weight, this chunky, large-scale weave is sufficiently textured to pair with denim and polo shirts whilst refined enough to pair with high-twist trousers and striped shirts.

In keeping with the travel theme, we've removed most of the canvas and kept the jacket unlined, while maintaining the same level of handmaking as our usual tailoring. Lightweight and foldable, the twisted, bouncy yarn makes the jacket highly crease-resistant, with a fully canvassed lapel helping to keep a crisp shape. 

Constructed with a subtle spalla camicia sleeve head as part of an entirely un-padded shoulder, with unfinished sleeves to be altered to your specifications. Our double breasted jackets feature a straight lapel tapering gently into a curved closure, giving a distinctive thickness and presence to the lapel.
