AIC Denim One Wash
Denim has been at the centre of the Anglo-Italian offering since day one, with our focus always being tailoring-friendly jeans, cut higher in the rise with a gentle taper to ensure they're appropriate with or without sports jackets.
Our latest pair is the first new wash we’ve developed in 6 years, a single rinse applied to raw Japanese denim, woven in Okayama. This wash stabilises the denim and gives a contemporary look to the indigo fabric without falling into pastiche. Rich in texture, they're darker than anything we’ve produced to date, and are thus perfect with our range of chunky fabric blends, from tweeds to heavy cottons.
For this latest pair, we’ve also modified the fit with a marginally fuller leg and higher rise to ensure the dense, textured denim drapes and pairs better with thick winter knits and robust wax or woolen outerwear. Sewn in Italy’s denim valley to ensure the finesse we expect from our garments, the jeans also feature an external coin pocket and suede leather patch.
