Southside House
"I've always held a fascination with Southside House. Sat hidden on the Southside of Wimbledon Common streets away from where I was brought up. Seeing the tapestry room for the first time I knew I wanted to shoot a lookbook here. The myth goes it was retrieved from the now defunct Vauxhall pleasure gardens or it was the backdrop to the recital of Handel's Water Music in London. It now sits in lieu of wallpaper in an imperfectly perfect ante-room, drenched in the blackest of blues, greens, ochres and reds. Our sunken palette played back to us."
